Challenges In Becoming A Trainer

I have never thought of becoming a trainer one day in my life as I feel that becoming a professional trainer is really a hard and challenging task. In fact, how many trainers are there in this world who really care about adult learning? Do they really train for the sake of assisting people to develop and improve? Do they train merely to generate personal income?
